International School Costa Brava (ISCB) has installed an on-campus weather station on the Costa Brava, providing real-time readings of temperature, rainfall, wind and humidity that make science tangible for every stage.

ISCB Unveils Real-Time Weather Station on the Costa Brava
From Primary through Secondary, pupils progressively engage with their surroundings and meteorological data, building scientific thinking, independence and a healthy data culture. These experiences weave naturally into multiple areas of the curriculum across the year, nurturing curiosity and a broader understanding of local weather. Live readings also support informed day-to-day decisions on campus and spark conversations about climate, sustainability and responsible citizenship. The initiative blends local interest in our coastal microclimate with international best practice in STEM education strengthening our values of inquiry, responsibility and community.
